The work starts long before crew boots hit the venue floor. Build packs are printed, tool inventories are checked, transport routes are confirmed, and crew rotations are locked in. Every team member arrives knowing exactly what they’re walking into.
Stands go up in a defined order. Floor first, structure second, walls third, electricals fourth, finishes last. Skip a step or jump ahead and the whole timeline slips. Our project managers enforce the sequence, even when crews are tempted to shortcut.
A dedicated project manager runs the site from first delivery to final handover. Daily progress reports go to the client, snag lists are reviewed each evening, and any deviations from plan are flagged early, never hidden until handover day.
Every venue has its own rules. Loading bay slots, height restrictions, noise curfews, hot-work permits, deposit requirements. Our project managers handle the paperwork and the relationships with venue staff, so the build runs without unexpected halts.
Every screen needs to glow. Every demo needs to fire. Lighting needs to be tuned for product zones, lounge areas, and visitor flow. Our AV technicians handle mounting, content loading, calibration, and live testing so the stand is fully operational before show open.
