The moment a show closes, a clock starts ticking. Venues impose strict exit windows, often just hours long. We mobilise dismantle crews ahead of time, brief them on the build sequence, and start strip-out the moment the venue clears for crew access.
Every component leaving the venue is logged. Photographs, condition notes, and crate-level inventory lists are recorded as the dismantle happens. Nothing leaves without documentation, which means nothing gets lost between shows.
Components are packed into custom crates designed for repeated use. Foam linings protect finishes, dividers separate fragile elements, and labelling makes future unpacking efficient. Crates travel via vetted logistics partners with tracking from venue to warehouse.
Stands that travel across multiple shows need attention between deployments. Scuffed paint gets touched up, worn graphics get replaced, electrical systems get retested, and soft furnishings get cleaned or swapped. The stand that walks back onto the floor looks freshly built every time.
Not every component lasts forever. Worn graphics, expired AV equipment, damaged panels, and end-of-life materials all need responsible disposal. We work with certified recycling partners to divert materials from landfill wherever possible, with documentation provided for ESG reporting.
Clients receive periodic reports on what’s in storage, condition status, recommended refurbishments, and forecasted lifespan. The stand becomes a managed asset on your books, not a vague pile of materials in a warehouse somewhere.
Some elements can find a second life outside the exhibition world. Furniture, lighting, and certain joinery pieces can be donated to community spaces, educational institutions, or NGOs. We facilitate these pathways for clients with sustainability goals built into their event programmes.
