Stand fabrication looks simple from the outside. A few panels, some lights, a counter, done. The reality is layers of disciplined craft, materials science, electrical engineering, and project management running in parallel. Here’s what shapes every stand we deliver.
Before a single panel is cut, every dimension, joint, and finish is documented. Plans, elevations, sections, and exploded views become the single source of truth for the workshop. No assumptions, no on-the-fly guesses.
The carpentry workshop is where most of a stand’s character is built. Counters, walls, ceilings, plinths, and bespoke furniture all start here. CNC machines handle precision cuts while skilled carpenters handle joinery, finishing, and detailing.
Where structural strength matters, steel and aluminium take over. Truss systems, double-deck frames, hanging banner structures, and feature staircases are all welded, bolted, and load-tested in the workshop. Every weld is inspected, every joint torqued to spec.
Brand graphics make or break a stand’s visual impact. Our print partners handle large-format printing, fabric backdrops, backlit films, vinyl wraps, and dimensional signage. Colour profiles are calibrated to brand guidelines and proofed before production.
LED video walls, touchscreens, projection systems, and audio setups all need careful commissioning. Our AV technicians handle mounting, calibration, content loading, and live testing so every screen is glowing and every demo is firing on day one.
Major stands are pre-assembled in the workshop before they ever leave. Walls go up, counters slot in, lights get tested, and the entire structure is checked for fit, finish, and function. Issues are solved here, not at the venue at 2am.
Once on site, the build crew takes over. Project managers run daily progress checks, electricians and carpenters work in shifts, and finishing teams handle the final polish. Every stand is brought to a snag-free state before client walkthrough.
The build isn’t finished until the client signs off. We walk through the stand together, log any pending items, and resolve them before show open. The handover is the start of your show, not a list of leftover problems.
The result? A stand that opens on time, looks exactly like the render, and survives the chaos of show week without a single visible flaw.
