Pre-Show Mobilisation

The work starts long before crew boots hit the venue floor. Build packs are printed, tool inventories are checked, transport routes are confirmed, and crew rotations are locked in. Every team member arrives knowing exactly what they’re walking into.

Site Inspection & Plot Marking

  • Plot dimensions verified against organiser drawings
  • Power, water, and rigging points checked for compliance
  • Surrounding stands and access routes mapped for crew movement

Build Sequence Discipline

Stands go up in a defined order. Floor first, structure second, walls third, electricals fourth, finishes last. Skip a step or jump ahead and the whole timeline slips. Our project managers enforce the sequence, even when crews are tempted to shortcut.

Reverse-Order Dismantling

Component Inventory & Damage Logging
