TeamViewer would like to thank you and your team for your excellent service to our company, which you have provided on our 2021 Gitex participation. Simultaneously we had two booths, which were produced, managed equally outstandingly. We were really impressed by the timely support that you have been providing us. This project was a key initiative for us, TeamViewer in 2021, it was our very first tradeshow presence in Gitex, but with your project management - we had an outstanding participation. Since we were located outside the UAE, you took over the entire organization without hesitation, and you have supported us in every possible way, and provided us a complex service (printing, design, ordering, giveaways, brochures, building, transportation, logistics, etc.)

We’ve worked with different exhibition contractors before, but the level of coordination and finishing quality from OK Global Productions really stood out. They understood our requirements quickly and delivered a stand that attracted a lot of attention during the event.

Our timeline was extremely tight, and we were honestly worried about execution. The team stayed responsive throughout the project and managed everything without delays. The final outcome looked premium, clean, and very well organized.

OK Team made the entire exhibition experience much less stressful for our team. Communication was clear, execution was on point, and they were proactive even during on-site setup. We’ll definitely be working with them again for future exhibitions.
